ATVAM BREAK'S THE WORLD RECORD!!

> As the weekend drew closer a steady stream of ATV's could be seen rolling
> into Silver Bay. By Friday night you could feel the excitement around town.
> Everybody was anxious to start lining up in the field early Saturday
> morning.  At one point ATV's were backed up all the way into Silver Bay
> trying to get to the field on time.

> Kentucky currently holds the World Longest ATV Parade record with 1,138.
> This year we surpassed that number; the unofficial count is 1,632.  After
> all the documentation is mailed to Guinness Book of World Record, it will
> take 6 to 8 weeks for verification so keep checking the website;

> Here is a list of states or countries that attended the parade:
> Japan               Nebraska         North Dakota              Wisconsin
> Alaska             Texas               South Dakota             Michigan
> Canada            Iowa
> Wyoming                   California

> On behalf of the ATVAM ATV Parade Committee, we would like to say "thank
> you" for spending the day with us and helping us break the World Record.

Please email Jeanne at jabenol@gmail.com or call at
885-3573 by July 8th to place your order for steaks.  The summer ride is July 18th and the steak bar-b-q and pot luck dinner is right after the ride. This all happens at the Bass Lake Picnic area.
The Nashwauk parade line up is at 11:00 AM.  We will meet at the Rec center parking lot in Nashwauk at 10:00 AM.  Let's have a big turn out.  The Keewatin parade follows after the Nahwauk one.
Remember to wear a club t-shirt or an ATV Parade one.
See you all there
